Using Tibetan singing bowls and mantras - a practice I learned during my travels in Nepal - creates a unique experience.These bowls, inherited from my teacher’s grandfather, carry the tradition of sound and ritual. In my sessions, I combine this tradition with my own approach, using voice, mantras, and vibrations to help you relax and find calm.You can join online group sessions, where you actively participate and experience the sounds directly.
